I’m Mel.
I’m a skin therapist who believes your treatment should begin with a conversation.
We’ll talk about how your skin is behaving, what you’d like to improve and the care you’re already using. I’ll only recommend treatments that I believe can help your skin.
If your skin isn’t ready for an advanced treatment, we’ll work on its barrier first. Progress may take time, and your plan should make sense for you.

You can begin with the First Consultation & Facial experience. You don’t need to decide on SkinPen, CACI or a peel beforehand. We’ll discuss your skin and goals together.
Where is the clinic?
Skinsync is a home-based clinic in Lawley Village, Telford. The full address is shared privately with booked clients.
What should I tell you before treatment?
Please tell me about allergies, medicines and prescription skincare, pregnancy or breastfeeding, cold sores, recent facial treatments and any sunny holidays planned. Preparation advice depends on the treatment. Don’t stop prescribed medicines or skincare without your prescriber’s advice.
Will I need a course of treatments?
That depends on your skin, the treatment and your goals. We’ll discuss recommendations at your consultation. Results and recovery vary, and I won’t promise a fixed outcome.
Can I have a quiet appointment?
Of course. You can enjoy a quiet treatment or we can chat throughout. Let me know what feels right for you.
